We are by appointment only, which means your pet is groomed straight through without long waits beforehand. Each groomer works with one pet at a time to give them the best experience possible. We do not rotate between multiple dogs. When we are nearing completion we send a message directly to your phone indicating your pet will be ready for pick up soon.
